ORDINANCE NO. 188
AN ORDINANCE LIMITING THE OPERATION OF ENTABLISHMENT CAUSING NUISANCE IN THIS MUNICIPALITY UP TO 10:30 IN THE EVENING ONLY, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the owner and/or operator of establishment causing nuisance in this municipality to operate his business after 10:30 in the evening.
Section 2. Any owner and/or operator of establishment causing nuisance found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, but not more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Any ordinance, on the part of an ordinance, whose provisions are contrary to the provisions of this ordinance, shall be hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 188, shall take effect upon its approval.
