ORDINANCE NO. 186
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION ONE AND THREE OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NUMBERED ONE HUDRED EIGHTY SIX TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE WORD "DRIVER", AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOILATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. That owner or operator and driver of passenger truck is requested to place his passenger truck after its trip inside the respective garage, or in front of the municipal building in the absence of garage.
Section 2. That no passenger truck or trucks shall after its trip be allowed to be placed within the designated parking place.
Section 3. Any truck owner or owners and driver or drivers found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten Pesos, (P10.00) but not more than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days, but not more than Twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 4. Any Ordinance, or part of an ordinance, whose provisions are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
Section 5. That this Ordinance, to be known as Ordinance. No. 186, shall take effect upon its approval.
