ORDINANCE NO. 185
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE SERIES, OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE, AS AMENDED BY SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to hold carols of all finds in the Municipality of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, except on the days ad time hereunder states:

e. December 28, .............................. From 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight
f. December 29, .............................. From 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight
g. December 30, .............................. From 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight
h. December 31, .............................. From 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight
i. January 1, ...................................... From 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight
j. January 6, (Three Kings) .............. From 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight
Section 2. That before December 24th and after January 6th no person or group of persons shall be allowed to hold carol of all kinds within the Municipality of Pagadian.
Section 3. Any person or group of persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days, nor more than Thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 4. Any Ordinance whose provisions are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 185, shall take effect upon its approval.
