ORDINANCE NO. 184

















AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF PASSENGER TRUCKS TOI PLACE THEIR TRUCKS AFTER ITS TRIPS INSIDE THE RESPECTIVE GARAGE OR IN FRONT OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE ABSENCE OF GARAGE AND PRESCRIBING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.





BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT

      Section 1. That the owner or operator of passenger truck is required to place his passenger truck its trip inside the respective garage, or in front o the municipal building in the absence of garage.










      Section 2. That no passenger or trucks shall after its trip be allowed to be placed within the designated parking places.











	Section 3. Any truck owner or owners found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, but not more than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days, but not more than Twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.


	Section 4. Any ordinance, or part of an ordinance, whose provisions are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.


	Section 5. That  this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 184, shall take effect upon its approval.
