ORDINANCE NO. 183
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSON OR PERSONS FROM DISPLAYING OR HANGING CLOTHS WITHIN THE MARKET SITE AND ALONG THE STREETS IN THE POBLACION OF PAGADIAN, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for a person or persons to display or hang cloths within the market site of Pagadian and along the streets in the Poblacion of Pagadian.
Section 2. Any person or persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Five (P5.00) Pesos but not more than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than five (5) days, but not more than (10) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Any ordinance whose provisions are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
