AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL OWNERS OR OUTBOARD MOTORS AND FISHING LAMPS TO REGISTER THEM AND REUIRING THEM TO PAY SUCH REGISTRATION AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.





BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT

      Section 1. That all owners of outboard motors and fishing lamps are required to register them.










      Section 2. That every motor ranging from 2 to 5 hours power, the owner must pay the registration fee of P3.00 Pesos per quarter or P12.00 Pesos annually.











	Section 3. Every motor ranging from 5 horse power up, the owner must pay the registration fee of P5.00 pesos per quarter or P20.00 pesos annually.


	Section 4. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than P10.00 nor more than P30.00 pesos; or imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days, nor more than Thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.


	Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
