ORDINANCE NO. 176
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING EVERY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO WILL CONSTRUCT PUBLIC TIENDAS ALONG PAGADIAN WHARF ROAD FROM THE NATIONAL ROAD JUNCTION THROUGH CAUSEWAY TO THE PROPOSED SEASIDE BOULEVARD TO INCLUDE THE 3-METER CONCRETE PEDESTRIAN SIDEWALK, AND PROVIDE PENALTIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. That any person or persons who will construct market tiendas along Pagadian Wharf Road from the National Road junction thru causeway to the Propose Seaside Boulevard, must include the 3-meter concrete pedestrian sidewalk.
Section 2. That said construction must be in accordance with the plan and specifications of the District Engineer, Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.
Section 3. That any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos; or by imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than Thirty (30) days; pr both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 4. Any ordinance or ordinances, whose provision or provisions in inconsistent with the provision or provisions of this ordinance, is hereby repealed or modified.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
