ORDINANCE NO. 175
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL TARTANILLA OPERATORS OR COCHEROS TO PROVIDE THEIR TARTANILLA WITH LIGHT, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT
Section 1. That every tartanilla operator or cochero must provide her tartanilla with light.
Section 2. That the lamp used for lighting purposes should be fixed or hung on both of the front sides of the tartanilla.
Section 3. That the lighting should begin at 6:00 P.M.
Section 4. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten Pesos (P10.00), nor more than Thirty Pesos (P30.00); or by imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days, nor more than Thirty (30) days; or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
