ORDINANCE NO. 161
AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING AN APPLICATION FEE OF FIVE (P5.00) PESOS FOR EVERY APPLICATION OF MARRIAGE FILED WITH THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
Section 1. That there shall be imposed a nominal fee of Five (P5.00) Pesos to be known as marriage application fee for every application of marriage field with the Office of the Municipal Treasurer;
Section 2. That no marriage shall be issued without first requiring applicant for marriage to pay the corresponding application fee of Five (P5.00) Pesos;
Section 3. That any Ordinance, in part or in full, whose provisions of this ordinance, shall be hereby repealed;
Section 4. That this ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 5, shall take effect upon its approval.
