ORDINANCE NO. 155
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING AN INSPECTION AND TO PAY AN INSPECTION FEE OF CHICKEN AND EGGS TRANSPORTED OUTSIDE OF THIS MUNICIPALITY, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR THE VUILATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
Section 1. No person or persons shall be allowed to transport outside of his municipality, chicken and eggs without first being inspected by the Municipal Mayor or his duly authorized representatives, and pay the corresponding inspection fee therefore, to the Municipal Treasurer as follows:
a- For every piece of chicken transported .......................... P0.05
b- For every 100 pieces of eggs ......................................... P0.10
Section 2. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, nor more than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days, nor more than Ten (10) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Any ordinance, whose provisions are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
