ORDINANCE NO. 150
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION EIGHT OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED NINETEE S. 1949 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
Section 1. That Section Eight of Ordinance Numbered One Hundred Nineteen of this Municipality is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 8.- Alongside the causeway in the port area, the houses or building shall as far as possible, be of uniform construction and shall invariably have the following features in common:
a- Distance of caves line from center line of causeway shall be exactly 15 meters;
b- Distance of front wall from center line of causeway shall exactly 16 meters;
c- Floor line shall be of the same elevation as the concrete curb of the causeway;
d- Height of rooms from the floor line to truss line shall be exactly 3 meters;
e- The bridges between the houses and the causeway shall be as wide as the houses and shall be of the same elevation as the concrete curb; and
f- No post for the bridges shall rest upon the riprap of the causeway.
All houses in existence along the causeway at the time of the enactment of this ordinance may remain; but no permit for any major repairs, alteration, or reconstruction thereof shall be issued unless the same are done in conformity with the requirement in this section".
Section 2. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished in accordance with the penal provisions of Ordinance No. 7 of this municipality.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
