ORDINANCE NO. 149
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION THREE-A OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED FOURTEEN S. 1951 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS COVERING THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PAGADIAN WATERWORKS SYSTEM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
Section 1. Section three-a of ordinance numbered fourteen is hereby amended to read:
Section 3- (a) Water for domestic or industrial purposes:
For the first 20 cm. during the quarter, per cu. m. - P0.50
For the next 21-100 cu. m. during the quarter, per cu. m. - .40
For the next 101-200 cu. m. during the quarter, per cu. m. - .30
For the next 201-500 cu. m. during the quarter, per cu. m. - .20
For all over 500 cu. m. during the quarter, per cu. m. - .10
Except for the first 3 month of operation which rates for the different
classification of services shall be based on flat rate, the same to the
prescribed by this Body thru the recommendation of the Civil Engineer,
Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.
Section 2. This Ordinance, to be known as Ordinance No. 149, shall take effect upon its approval.
