ORDINANCE NO. 146
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE OF FEE FOR THE SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAES BY THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
Section 1. That the Municipal Mayor, being authorized to solemnize marriages in pursuance with the provisions of Article 56, Item 4 of the new Civil Code, the fee for the said solemnization is hereby fixed at P5.00;
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any contracting party to have their marriage .
Section 3. Any Ordinance, whose provisions, in part or in full, are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance, shall be hereby repealed;
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
