ORDINANCE NO. 145
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING TARTANILLA OPERATOR TO HAVE THEIR TARTANILLA NUMBERED, AND PRESCRIBING RATE OF CHARGES AND PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
Section 1. That all tartanilla operators in the Municipal shall be required to number their tartanillas beginning from number 1 up to the last number as many as there are tartanillas in this municipality.
Section 2. That the rate of charges to tartanilla passenger are hereby follows:

a. From the Wharf to the Kiosko, - .10
b. From the Kiosko to the Check Point - -.10
c. From the Wharf to the Check Point - -.20
d. From the Wharf to the B.P.W. - -.20
e. From the Wharf to the Church - -.20
f. From the Kiosko to the Church - -.20
g. From the Church to the Wharf - -.10
h. From the Church to the Check Point - -.20
i. From the Church to the Balangasan - -.20
j. From the Wharf to the Hospital - -.30
k. From the Kiosko to the Hospital - -.20
l. From the Municipal Building to Hospital - -.20
m. From the Wharf to the Balangasan - -.20
n. Special Trip by Hour - 2.00 per hour
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person below the age of eighteen (18) years of age to be employed as Cochero; that no Cochero shall be allowed to harness a horse untrained, when there are passengers inside the tartanilla; and that it shall be unlawful to accept more than four (4) passengers.
Section 4. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos, nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos, or by imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days, nor more than Fifteen (15) days or both, fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
Section 5. Any Ordinance, in part of in full, whose provisions are contrary to, and in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance, shall be hereby repealed;
Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
