AN ORDINANCE FIXING A TAX OF ONE HUNDRED PESOS A YEAR FOR EVERY WHOLESALE DEALER IN FERMENTED LIQUOR OPERATING IN THE MUNCIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA.






BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:







      SECTION 1. A tax of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) a year is hereby fixed for every wholesale dealer in fermented liquor operating in the Municipality of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga.




      SECTION 2. Before operating his business, the wholesale dealer mentioned in Section one hereof, shall apply for a permit from the Municipal Mayor and shall pay the corresponding license fee from the Municipal Treasurer.




	SECTION 3. Any person found violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine for not less than Five Pesos (P5.00), nor more than Twenty Five Pesos (P25.00), or by imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days, nor more than Twenty Five (25) days, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.

	SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
