AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE ALLOWING OF CHILDREN BELOW THE AGE OF FIVE YEARS TO ENTER CINEMATOGRAPHS OR THEATERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN.






BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:







      SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the owner or operators of any cinematograph or theater to allow or permit in their establishments children below the age of 5 years.




      SECTION 2. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Five Pesos (P5.00), nor more than Twenty Pesos (P20.00), or by imprisonment for not less than Five (5) days, nor more than Twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.




	SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
