ORDINANCE NO. 125
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE DATE OF THE TOWN FIESTA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. The town fiesta of this Municipality shall be hereby fixed on the third Sunday of January of every year, beginning with the year 1951.
SECTION 2. Any violator of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty Pesos (P20.00), or by imprisonment of not less than Thirty (30 days, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
SECTION 3. Any ordinance or part of an ordinance that may be in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
