ORDINANCE NO. 120
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE TIME FOR PLAYING MAHJONG BILLIARD, POOL AND OTHER GAMES OF ABILITY WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN AND OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any operator of mahjong, billiard, pool and other games of ability to allow or permit under age or minor children to loiter, watch and bet money in any of these games.
SECTION 2. Any licensee of mahjong, billiard, pool and other games of ability are restricted to allow the playing of these games after 10:00 o'clock in the night as provided under Municipal Ordinance No. 98, as curfew hour.
SECTION 3. It is provided, however, that authorized operator or operators may be restricted from the time limit as provided in section 2 hereof, it a special permit is obtained from the Municipal Mayor, and only during town fiesta, fair and carnival.
SECTION 4. Any person or persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than Ten Pesos (P10.00) nor more than Twenty Pesos (P20.00), or suffer imprisonment for not less than Five (5) days, nor more than Ten (10) days, or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
SECTION 5. Any ordinance or part of an ordinance which may be in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.

SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
