ORDINANCE NO. 112






AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR PERSONS TO ENGAGE IN FISH BUSINESS, THROUGH BUYING, SELLING OR RESELLING FISH INSIDE A PUBLIC MARKET IN THIS MUNICIPALITY, OR WITHIN A RADIUS OF ONE KILOMETER FROM IT.




BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:




      SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in fish business, through buying, selling or reselling fish inside a public market in this municipality, or within a radius of One (1) kilometer from it.






	SECTION 2. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than Twenty Pesos (P20.00), or by imprisonment for more than Ten (10) days, or both, in the discretion of the court.



	SECTION 3. Any ordinance or parts thereof, which may be in conflict with any of the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed.




	SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
