ORDINANCE NO. 106
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS ONE AND TWO OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NUMBERED NINETY TWO ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS COVERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES AND BUILDING WITHIN THE LIMITES OF THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. Section one and two of Municipal ordinances numbered ninety-two are hereby amended to read:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to construct a house or building within the limits of the Poblacion, this municipality, without the corresponding permit issued by the Municipal Mayor upon application in writing filed by the party concerned, and favorably recommended by the Assistant Civil Engineer and the Local Health Officer concerned. The application for a permit shall be accompanied by a plan or sketch showing the informations required by Section 4 of Municipal Ordinance No. 92.
SECTION 2. The distance (a) from the center of the street to the building line shall be not less than ten (10) meters, (b) from the proposed building to any standing buildings not less than Two (2) meters, and (c) from the proposed building to the limits of the lot on both sides not less than one and one half (1-1/2) meters;
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
