ORDINANCE NO. 97


AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING PERMIT FEES UPON ANY PERSON TAKING OUT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, CARABAO, HORSE, LARGE CATTLE, HOG, RICE, CORN AND BROWN SUGAR.


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT:

	SECTION 1. Permit fees are hereby imposed upon any person taking out of this municipality carabao, horse, large cattle, hog, rice, corn, and brown sugar, in accordance with the following schedule:

           1. For every head of carabao ............................. P6.50
           2. For every head of horse ................................   6.50
           3. For every head of large cattle .......................   6.50
           4. For every head of hog ...................................   1.50
           5. For every cavan of clean rice ........................     .40
           6. For every cavan of corn rice .........................     .25
           7. For every cavan of palay ..............................      .25
           8. For every cavan of corn grains ....................      .25
           9. For every cavan of brown sugar ..................      .25


	SECTION 2. The above mentioned permit fees shall be paid to the Municipal Treasurer or his duly authorized representative after securing the corresponding permit from the Office of the Municipal Mayor.



	SECTION 3. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than Thirty Pesos (P30.00) or serve imprisonment for not more than One (1) month, or both, fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Court.

	SECTION 4. Any ordinance or parts of ordinance that may be in conflict with this ordinance shall be hereby repealed.

	SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
