Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR P A G A D I A N ORDINANCE NO. 93 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LIMITATION OF THE NUMBER OF DRUM OF GASOLINE, PETROLEUM OR CRUDE OIL, IN ANY STORE WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZMAOBNAGA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT: SECTION 1. No store owner or his representative shall keep in his store in the municipality of Pagadian, more than one (1) drum of gasoline, petroleum, crude oil, or any combustible of inflammable nature in order to minimize the danger of conflagration. SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of every store owner of his representative to take the greatest care and precaution in the keeping, handling and disposal of a drum containing any of the combustible named above. SECTION 3. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Pesos (P50.00), nor more than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00), or by imprisonment for not less than One (1) month, nor more than Six (6) months, or both, fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
