Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR P A G A D I A N ORDINANCE NO. 90 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING EVERY HOUSE HOLDER AND LODGING HOUSE OWNER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, TO MAKE PROMPT REPORT TO THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, OR THE CHIEF OF POLICE OR THE MUNICIPAL COUNCILOR OR THE BARRIO CONCERNED, OF THE NAME, RESIDENCE AND DESCRIPTION OF ANY TRANSIENT OR NON-RESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY WHO MAY ASK FOR ACCOMMODATION OR SHELTER IN HIS HOUSE OF LODGING HOUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT: SECTION 1. Every house holder and lodging house owner in the municipality of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga, are hereby required to make prompt report to the Municipal Mayor or the Chief of Police, or the nearest councilor, of the name, residence and description of any transient or non-resident of the municipality coming into his house or lodging house for accommodation or shelter. SECTION 2. Any person found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine for not less than five pesos (P5.00), nor more than Ten Pesos (P10.00), or by imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
