Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR P A G A D I A N ORDINANCE NO. 78 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANIMALS, OWNERS AND HERDERS TO PASTURE OR TIE THEIR ANIMALS IN PUBLIC PLACES, STREETS AND SCHOOLS GROUNDS, PARKS, PLAZAS, WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN THAT: SECTION 1. Animals owners and herders are hereby prohibited to pasture or tie their animals, including large cattle, goats, sheeps, etc., in public plazas such as plazas, parks, streets and school grounds, within the municipality. SECTION 2. For the violation of the provisions hereof, the violator shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Pesos (P5.00), nor more than Twenty-five Pesos (25.00), or by imprisonment for not less than Five (5) days, nor more than Twenty-five (25) days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
