On the matter concerning the previous resolution passed by the 15th City Council which requested the Business Permits and Licensing Office through the City Mayor to refrain from issuing business permits to those business applicants whose area of business is along the sidewalk as well as those who have no suitable area to engage their business vis-à-vis the observation on the increase of business operations along the sidewalk which causes traffic, in relation to the need to determine whether such businesses have business permits to engage into such operation.
