In practice, indexed resolutions currently begin at 2019. Resolutions adopted between 1945 and 2018 may well exist in the council folders listed below even though a search returns nothing for those years.
If you are looking for a resolution from an earlier council, please ask the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod rather than concluding that no such measure was adopted.

- No record of that type and year is in the index today. Measures may still have been adopted, and may exist on paper or as an un-indexed file.

- The figure could not be read when the page loaded. It is never a zero.
